Mike Cristoforo, age 57, is married with wife & four children. He attended St. Helena's Catholic High School Bronx N.Y. and graduated in 1970. He graduated from Pace University in 1975. Mr. Cristoforo owned and operated Salvatorelli Auto Body on Blondell Ave. Bronx, N.Y. from 1975- 1984, and he owned and operated MJC Auto Body from 1984-1997. Mr. Cristoforo moved to Florida in 1987 and owned and operated Custom Auto Center 1987-2007. His business grossed approx 3-4m per year. Custom Auto worked directly as Pro shop for Allstate, Progressive, State Farm, Colonial Penn, Nationwide and others. Mr. Cristofo also served as Head of Investor Relations for Ultrastrip Systems Inc. from 1998-2001. He was originally on Board of Directors, also a founder of the company. He retired from Custom Auto in 2007, and has been making and obtaining prototypes and patents in the U.S. and internationally.

Robert O. Baratta, M.D. is chairman and chief executive officer of Ascent, L.L.C., an ambulatory surgery center development and management company. Prior to founding Ascent, L.L.C. in 2004, Dr. Baratta was president, chief executive officer and vice chairman of the board of directors of Ecosphere Technologies, Inc., formerly known as UltraStrip Systems, Inc., an environmentally protective marine industrial company. Prior to joining Ecosphere in 2001, Dr. Baratta engaged in the private practice of ophthalmology in Stuart, Florida, where he served as president and chairman of the board of directors of Stuart Eye Institute. Dr. Baratta began practicing medicine in 1973. He has served as a director of the FPIC Insurance since its formation in 1996 and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1999 until May 2007. Dr. Baratta currently serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr. Baratta also served as a director of First Professionals Insurance Company from 1993 to 2000.

Scott Baratta is President and Chief Financial Officer of Ascent, LLC, an ambulatory surgery center development and management company. Mr. Baratta has over 16 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning and management with both early-stage and Fortune 500 companies. He earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania,. He spent two years as Vice President with MediCepts, Inc., a start-up medical device manufacturer, helping launch a machine designed to relieve back pain, and three years as Senior Vice President of Finance of UltraStrip Systems, Inc. (subsequently known as Ecosphere Technologies, Inc.), an environmentally protective marine industrial company. Mr. Baratta also served as a Senior Manager with marchFIRST, an Internet consultancy, and he spent three years as a Manager in financial and strategic planning with the Frito-Lay, Inc. division of Pepsico.
